Michele Neil DO was born in 1966 at the Salvation Army Hospital in St. Paul Minnesota to a young couple who had to give her up for adoption. Lowell and Sara Neil adopted her on January 8, 1967 through Lutheran Social Services.
She grew up in Brainerd Minnesota. In 1982 her mother took a job at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma and moved her family to Oklahoma. She paid her way through Tulsa Junior College, OK (Assoc. in Science) and University of Tulsa, OK, (Pre-medical Program) as a Licensed Massage Therapist/Neuro-Muscular Therapist.
